Shipping & Handling

We search the world in order to get you the best authentic products and best prices available ever, We ship it directly to your doorstep absolutely free of cost! 


Our ultimate goal is to deliver your order as soon as possible however most of our items will take from 7 to 9 days to reach you once you place your order.


Shipping Rates 

Shipping is on us, we don’t believe in charging for shipping and we negotiate the best prices and deals with our suppliers and sellers in order to get the best rates available so you can benefit the most.


Express Delivery

Some of our items might have an "express delivery" option, which means that they will usually be delivered faster than regular items and this too will be free of charge.


Availability & Backorders

We strive to provide the most accurate and timely stock and availability details, however these details might become out of date and may change anytime.

For some items and due to the size or value we may request a back order of the purchase to the client. Back orders can have the lead-time increase to a maximum of 25 days from the date of purchase.

A backorder will be notified to the customer as soon as the order has been processed.


Handling & Delivery

We deliver every day from 10:00 AM till 07:00 PM. All orders received until 06:00 PM every day will be processed next day.

If any physical damage is found in the packaging upon delivery, please notify us and you may return the package immediately.

 

We don't normally have any multiple shipments situation, but just in In case of Multiple Shipments, multiple postings may appear in the Cardholder’s monthly statement. 

Marosia Mart, will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.


Product's Returns & Refunds

As we deal in high-end and premium products, Cancelation or returns will be accepted within 7days after purchase or placing the order giving the fact that the returned products is in a sealable condition and has not been used or whatsoever.

Cancellation or returns have to be registered on our site where we can track and confirm the process. 

Refunds will be done only by giving a store credit note with the equivalent amount that can be used within one year from the issuing date.
